Turnaround Time:
During non-peak times, we can often get orders out the day payment is received.
Typical turnaround time is less than one week after we receive payment.
If you mail in a check or money order, your overall time from when you
place your order until the time you receive it will be longer. If you have
a particular date by which you must receive your awards, please be sure
to tell us. Rush orders are welcome. Rush charges will apply based on extra
shipping costs to meet your time frame.

Overall Order Cost:
Prices listed on our web site will give you a good idea of the cost of
all items, but price can vary slightly depending on how an award is customized.
Some figures cost more than others, and the amount of engraving required
can affect the price. Minimum shipping is $10. We have to charge Virginia
residents sales tax; we do not collect sales taxes for other states, but
those residing outside of Virginia may be responsible for paying their
state's sales taxes. The total cost that we charge will be provided with
the quote we give you, including shipping and any taxes.
Product Information: We have
a web page describing each of our products in detail. The size of each
product is disclosed. Trophy figures and cups are made of plastic unless
stated otherwise. Statuettes are made of resin unless stated otherwise.
It is the customer's responsibility to request any further information
that may be desired. We make every attempt to provide the highest quality
of awards for the best price possible.
Submitting artwork to be engraved:
Engraving is different from printing processes that most of us are familiar
with. Where your printer may print in full color, or black and white with
many shades of gray, the engraving process works in black and white only.
If you are ordering for a company or school, check with your art or communications
department for advice on how to provide artwork that meets the following
requirements:

Black and white .tif file (PC only -
we cannot process Mac files). This file must contain "black and white camera
ready art." By this, we mean that the artwork must be clear, sharp line
artwork, without jagged edges. The artwork should not contain any "dithering"
or "halftones". The best engraved logos come from artwork that is clean
and simple.

The size of the image in the file should
be twice the size of the image to be engraved.

A vector format file would work best
(.eps or .ai files), as the image could be sized at will with no loss of
detail.
You may
email
your artwork as an attachment, and we'll be happy to analyze it at
no charge, and will let you know whether it would be a good candidate for
engraving. We will also let you know if engraving the artwork would increase
the cost of the award(s) you are considering; some logos take more time
and resources than others, so we cannot give a flat fee for this and be
fair to everyone.
Submitting artwork to be imprinted:
We now have the capabilities to imprint your custom logo in full color
on a trophy or plaque plate, using a process very similar to the type of
printing most of us are familiar with. We can accept jpg or gif files for
imprinting, but note that these types of images are compressed - files
in tiff or any other non-compressed format work better. Vector files work
best, as they can be resized with no loss in quality. Obviously, the higher
quality image we have to work with, the better the quality will be of the
finished product. Please ensure that when printed, your artwork will be
large enough to be a good fit on the item you would like it imprinted upon.
As with engraved logos, you may email
your artwork as an attachment, and we'll be happy to analyze it at
no charge.
Shipping Terms: To maintain
our high levels of customer satisfaction, we ship orders within the US
and Canada only, via UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.
We ship to the address specified on the invoice; a quote cannot be converted
into an invoice until we have shipping information. Customer is responsible
for ensuring the shipping address(es) are correct before issuing payment,
or additional charges can be incurred. Shipment is via Ground unless specified
otherwise. The shipping charges for delivery to Hawaii and Alaska will
be significantly higher than shipping to locations within the continental
United States due to UPS charges. All shipments are insured for the full
value of the contents.
Claims: All claims for damages
or discrepancies must be reported within 10 business days of receipt of
shipment. Are liability ceases upon carrier's receipt of shipment in good
order. Customer should count and inspect each package before signing. If
you receive a damaged product from UPS, make the driver note the damage.
All claims for lost, stolen, or damaged products or any error on UPS' part
must be filed with UPS by the customer. We will assist in any way possible
in making your claim.
Return Policy: For items damaged
in shipping, please see our Claims policy above. Written permission must
be obtained before attempting to return any merchandise. The request for
a return must be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. Engraved
medals, plaques, acrylic, and custom items cannot be returned. Returned
merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Engraving and shipping
are not refundable. Merchandise must be received in the same condition
in which it was sent.
Sorry, we do not produce a catalog:
We have found it is far too expensive to produce a catalog of our awards,
and we pass the savings from not making one to our customers. That is one
of the ways we keep our prices low. We feature our most popular awards
here on our web site, and work directly with our customers to give them
exactly the awards they need. If you have a catalog from another trophy
or awards vendor, chances are very good that we can produce anything they
